Interim Management Services

PAA has associates who have significant experience as local government administrators and department heads who can capably and effectively serve in an interim capacity. Most of our associates have served as administrators and department leaders for 25 or 30 years and are highly skilled in their craft. They have been carefully screened by our firm and are interested in serving on interim assignments when they become available. These associates integrate seamlessly with our local governments’ operations and culture to make immediate contributions, rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

PAA places these interim managers and provides them with any necessary support to perform their interim responsibilities. Interim management services are typically 15-30 hours per week with the interim administrator working directly for the mayor, county board chair or village president.
