Jan Bilgen Craggs is an experienced administrator, consultant, and facilitator with more than 35 years of leadership experience in higher education, municipal governance, organizational operations, and community engagement. She helps organizations navigate change by bringing people together, building trust, and aligning teams, priorities, and processes. Her experience includes recruitment and selection, strategic planning, organizational assessment, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and human resources support.
Before joining PAA, Bilgen-Craggs served in several leadership roles at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, most recently as Director of Student Activities and Involvement, where she led complex operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, oversaw major initiatives, led staff development, and led cross-functional teams. She also brings extensive municipal experience through public service as a Whitewater Alderwoman, President of the Police and Fire Commission, Parks and Recreation Board member, and election official.
